So you want abs like mine hey. Well these abs didn’t get there over night they cost me blood, sweat and tears. No, these abs came after working them properly and a good diet. This is the main part of getting abdominals, is the diet, nail that and you can have that washboard look.
So I suppose you want to know what foods to eat to get that look. Well its simple high protein foods, moderate carbs and low fats, but diet's like this must be followed for a good 12 weeks, otherwise you will not get that look, and yes it will be plain, boring and repetitive but hey you want these abs you got to work for them So no, no, no, junk food on this menu, just think of chicken and fish as your new best friend. LOL.
